Ireland: Kilnasaggart Pillar Stone

This is the Kilnasaggart Pillar Stone. you can’t see it from the picture but it is covered in ingravings. We saw this after about a 15 minute walk from Moyry castle. This is the oldest religious monument in Ireland. And it is basically right in Stephen’s backyard. I thought that was incredibly cool. Its in a little grove in this really grumpy farmers backyard. He did not appreciate us being there, but its open to the public so he can suck an egg.
